Accurate and effective. Only negative I have encountered was when I went from the deluxe version (paid app downloaded for free) to basic (free version) and it lost all my information/ tracking. Otherwise, very very happy! Just as good as deluxe version!

This app is very helpful for tracking everything from your period, your moods, symptoms, weight, and so much more. Ive been using this app for a couple of years and I will continue to use it until I hit menopause

This is my 2nd tracking app, the other I paid $3.99 for and this is way better. My cycle length varies a little, but the calculation with this app is pretty good. Easy to adjust if your cycle begins early. Notes is easy to use as well.
